When I do it feels strange and my handwriting has really deteriorated! Must practice. I loved reading about your various writing tools!Heather Conroyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05920467495359563485noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-165349633953530363.post-71308101154268033512009-12-03T03:16:46.601-08:002009-12-03T03:16:46.601-08:00yeah I'm with you Erik , actually , it would b...yeah I'm with you Erik , actually , it would be scary if thoughts uncensored went straight down hahaSharnaniganshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11276480245747743458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-165349633953530363.post-68325445586470105532009-12-02T05:07:27.796-08:002009-12-02T05:07:27.796-08:00Great post Eric...sounds so blaise...but it truly ...Great post Eric...sounds so blaise...but it truly is. I find that I still write by hand and it reminded me of when I took a typing class, so many years ago. My instructor using to torture us with stories about his instructor who used to rap errant wrists with a ruler as he would walk the aisles gently tapping a ruler in his palm. It made my wrists ache looking at him as he would glare behind those reading glasses. Perhaps that is why I still write in my notebooks and then transcribe everything when I am ready for a marathon of writing.
Kind regards from Daegu

MarilynMarilynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05090687138872179144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-165349633953530363.post-15547092734438816942009-12-01T11:50:56.166-08:002009-12-01T11:50:56.166-08:00i'm sorry, but to me that's actually a sca...i'm sorry, but to me that's actually a scary thoughtErik Raderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03331282350566806342noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-165349633953530363.post-77309977703238581842009-11-30T21:33:24.311-08:002009-11-30T21:33:24.311-08:00Hi Erik - nice to meet you fellow contributor - I ...Hi Erik - nice to meet you fellow contributor - I miss pen and paper now, but admit since using computers my handwriting skills have drastically been phased out - my handwriting is atrocious now!
Future? Hmm like telepathy suggestion - maybe computer can read our mind and so types for us while we go about our business?Sharnaniganshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11276480245747743458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-165349633953530363.post-79022999199914546432009-11-30T15:58:12.563-08:002009-11-30T15:58:12.563-08:00Thank you Erik for that beautiful introduction and...Thank you Erik for that beautiful introduction and history of machines used over time. It is very bizarre to think about what we used to use and what we use now. I miss pen and paper. Perhaps telepathy for the future. You read my book by reading my mind. Saves paper and electricity.Katherine Jenkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16732133918969183030noreply@blogger.com
